SADEV head cover / Renault Clio 3 CUP / Renault Clio 2 CUP / ST75-14

SADEV ST75-14 sequential gearbox housing cover for Renault Clio CUP

This sequential gearbox housing cover is a brand-new part from SADEV, designed for transmissions used in Renault Clio 3 CUP and Renault Clio 2 CUP equipped with a SADEV ST75-14 sequential gearbox. Engineered for competition use, it meets the high standards of reliability and precision required for Renault Sport vehicles participating in circuit racing, rallying, or other forms of intensive use.

Purpose of the part

The housing cover serves to protect and seal the upper section of the sequential gearbox. It helps safeguard internal control and gear-selection components from debris, contaminants, and the stresses of the engine and transmission environment. In a SADEV sequential gearbox, this part also provides essential mechanical protection for the gear-selection mechanism.

Symptoms or consequences of a worn or defective part

A damaged, cracked, deformed, or poorly sealed housing cover can leave the internal components of the gearbox exposed to potential harm. This can allow the ingress of dust, debris, or moisture, creating a risk of premature wear to the control components. A damaged part can also lead to leaks, misalignment, or reduced reliability when shifting gears under performance driving conditions.

Benefits of replacement

• Restoration of the protective cover for the sequential gearbox head.
• Preservation of internal selection and control components.
• Maintaining the reliability of the SADEV ST75-14 transmission.
• Solution adapted to the constraints of motor racing.
• Replacement with a new part compliant with the Renault Sport application.
