Discover our 15 cm x 25 mm Titanium Protect-A-Boot™ spark plug protection sleeve, designed by Design Engineering, Inc. to provide optimum protection for spark plug leads and boots. Our spark plug protection sleeves are available in three ranges:

1. Protect-A-Boot™ (standard) : Offers good heat protection at an affordable price, ideal for unmodified vehicles.
2. Titanium Protect-A-Boot™ : More flexible and durable, perfect for racing and high-performance engines.
3. EXO Series Protect-A-Boot™ : Extremely tough thanks to a stainless steel weave, designed for off-road environments, rallying and extreme conditions.

Two sizes are available: standard version (15 cm with metal ring) or XL version (20 cm without metal ring).

Why opt for the XL version?

• For longer or wider spark plug boots, such as those on LS engines (General Motors’ famous V8 engine), or racing ignition systems.
• To avoid the metal ring, which can sometimes be inconvenient in certain applications.
• For extensive heat coverage, reducing the risk of damage to leads and boots.

Why choose the standard version?

• For conventional-sized spark plug boots that do not require a longer sleeve.
• For quick, easy installation thanks to the integrated retaining ring.
• If the engine is not a high-performance engine requiring increased heat coverage.

The standard version is also available as a kit containing 7,62 metres of protective sleeving, 25 high-temperature heat-shrink tubes (Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes) and 8 Protect-A-Boot sleeves.
