Product: DEI 10022 Titanium Series exhaust sleeve kit 1,5M x 5CM titanium
Discover our Titanium Series titanium exhaust heat protection kit, designed to improve your engine’s performance by reducing under-bonnet heat. Wrapping manifolds and downpipes is an effective way to reduce excessive heat, allowing cooler air into the engine and thus optimising power. DEI Titanium, Glass Fiber and EXO Series heat wraps are made from premium-quality materials for maximum heat insulation. Whether you are a motorsport enthusiast or a professional, these products ensure effective heat management and performance in line with Design Engineering Inc. standards.

DEI heat wrap options:
- Glass Fiber Series : Standard woven fibreglass solution offering good heat insulation (648°C direct / 1093°C radiant). Available in beige and black, economical, flexible, easy to fit, but less durable. Ideal for race cars, motorcycles and classic applications.
- EXO Series : Designed for extreme environments, with high-temperature fibreglass and a stainless steel exoskeleton for greater resistance to impacts, vibration and moisture. Withstands 648°C direct / 1093°C radiant heat, available in beige and black. More durable and rigid than the Glass Fiber Series.
- Titanium Series : Maximum performance and protection in woven lava fibre, offering superior heat insulation (982°C direct / 1371°C radiant) and excellent flexibility without the need for a silicone coating. Ideal for high-end race cars and high-performance applications.
Notes:
- Heat wrap must not be moved or removed after heat exposure, as the fibres lose their initial flexibility without affecting their thermal properties.
- DEI advises against wrapping titanium exhausts, as this can retain too much heat, making the alloy brittle and liable to crack prematurely.
