Exhaust wrap 30,5M x 5CM Titanium Series Black
Improve engine performance by reducing heat under the bonnet. Wrapping exhaust manifolds and downpipes limits excessive heat that affects performance. Lower heat allows cooler intake air, increasing engine efficiency and power.
DEI Titanium, Glass Fiber and EXO Series wraps use high-quality materials for optimum thermal insulation. For enthusiasts and professional drivers, they ensure effective heat management under the bonnet to Design Engineering Inc. standards.

Which DEI exhaust heat wrap range should you choose?
Option 1: Glass Fiber Series Standard woven fibreglass solution offering good thermal insulation (648°C direct / 1093°C radiant). Available in beige and black, economical, flexible and easy to fit, it needs a silicone coating for better fluid resistance. Ideal for racing cars, motorcycles and classic applications. Less durable.
Option 2: EXO Series Designed for extreme off-road environments, with high-temperature fibreglass and a stainless steel exoskeleton for better resistance to impacts, vibration and moisture. Withstands 648°C direct / 1093°C radiant, available in beige and black. More durable and rigid than Glass Fiber Series. Silicone coating recommended but not essential. Suits off-road applications: rally, 4x4, motocross.
Option 3: Titanium Series Maximum performance and protection with woven lava fibre, offering superior thermal insulation (982°C direct / 1371°C radiant), excellent flexibility and no silicone coating needed. Available in titanium and black titanium, ideal for top-level racing cars and high-performance applications. Maximum durability and resistance.
Notes:
- Heat wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after heat exposure. Once heated, the fibres lose their initial flexibility without affecting their thermal properties.
- DEI advises against wrapping titanium exhausts. These alloys are often thin and designed to dissipate heat quickly. Wrapping a titanium exhaust may retain too much heat, making the alloy brittle and liable to crack prematurely. This applies regardless of exhaust brand.
