4 forged I-beam connecting rods for 106 / Saxo 16S KitCar

Made from superior-quality steel, these rods undergo rigorous heat treatment and careful balancing. They provide significant weight savings of up to 100 grams per rod, allowing the engine to reach high speeds with optimum efficiency. XTREM reinforced rod kits are supplied with ARP L19 bolts and washers, even stronger than the popular ARP 2000. (See the tightening stages below)

Warning: ARP L19 bolts are sensitive to corrosion and require handling precautions. When tightening rod bolts, lubricate the threads and bearing surface with molybdenum paste. Tighten to torque in three stages to reach the recommended stretch (between 150 and 170 microns -> 0,15 / 0,17 mm).

ARP L19 3/8" tightening stages:

1. Tightening stage at 2.5 m.kgf.
2. Tightening stage at 4.5 m.kgf.
3. Tightening stage at 6.5 m.kgf.
