The EWP®150 pump, capable of delivering 150 litres per minute, is ideally suited to compact cars, saloons, SUVs, 4x4s and sports vehicles. Designed to offer superior performance, it improves engine cooling, optimises thermal management and helps increase power and torque while reducing fuel consumption. Unlike belt-driven mechanical pumps, this electric pump operates independently of the engine, freeing up to 10 kW (equivalent to 13 horsepower) of additional power.

It can replace a traditional mechanical pump or be installed as an auxiliary pump to reinforce the cooling system. Paired with a digital controller (sold separately, Reference 414CONTROL4, or included in the EWP® Combo Pack), the system automatically adjusts pump speed according to coolant temperature, ensuring optimum performance and improved energy efficiency.

The digital controller offers several adjustable temperature ranges, ideal for maximising power or improving fuel economy. After the engine is switched off, the controller continues to operate for three minutes (or until 10°C below the target temperature), preventing heat soak and extending engine life. The pump is supplied on its own.
