DAVIES CRAIG EWP140 12v electric water pump

The DAVIES CRAIG EWP140 12v electric water pump, with an impressive flow rate of 141 litres per minute, is perfectly suited to compact cars, saloons, SUVs, 4x4s and sports vehicles. Designed to deliver exceptional performance, it improves engine cooling, optimises thermal management and contributes to a notable increase in power and torque while reducing fuel consumption. Unlike traditional belt-driven mechanical pumps, this pump operates electrically, freeing up to 10 kW (13 hp) of additional power by not drawing directly on the engine. It can replace a conventional mechanical pump or be installed as an auxiliary pump to reinforce the cooling system. Paired with a digital controller (sold separately, reference 414CONTROL4, or in the EWP® Combo Pack), the system automatically adjusts pump speed according to coolant temperature, ensuring optimum performance and greater energy efficiency. The digital controller offers several adjustable temperature ranges, ideal for maximising power or improving energy efficiency. After the engine stops, the controller continues operating for 3 minutes (or until 10°C below the target temperature), preventing heat soak and extending engine life. Pump supplied on its own.
