Manual engine oil pressure accumulator 1L 305 mm

Discover our 1L engine oil pressure accumulator, designed to optimise your vehicle’s performance in competition. This innovative device is essential for preventing oil pressure drops during racing. It performs two key functions:

• Pressurising the oil circuit before starting the engine.
• Compensating for oil pressure drops during operation.

This sealed cylinder, fitted with a piston, effectively separates oil from air. Its self-contained system fills according to the oil pressure in the circuit, reaching a perfect balance between air and oil pressures. If pressure drops, the stored oil is released to compensate immediately.

You can choose from three valve types to control it:

• Manual quarter-turn valve: for simple, direct control.
• Standard solenoid valve: ideal for quick filling and pre-start pressurisation, perfect for drag racing or sprint applications.
• EPC solenoid valve: designed for competition, it activates automatically in the event of an alert, with three default pressure alert levels. It is the only option approved for competitions, ensuring pressurisation before the start and oil replenishment during the race.

For installation, mounting in the original oil circuit is recommended, using a sandwich plate and a tee branch after the cooler. It can also be attached directly to the oil sump. Make sure the oil end is slightly higher than the air end to prevent air bubbles from accumulating. Connections use hoses: AN-6 for the Accusump 1L and AN-10 for the 2 and 3L models.
