Manual engine oil pressure accumulator 3L 406 mm

Discover our 3L engine oil pressure accumulator, 406 mm long, designed to optimise your vehicle’s performance in competition. This innovative device is specially developed to maintain constant oil pressure, even during the most intense races. It offers two essential functions:

• Pressurising the oil circuit before starting the engine.
• Automatic compensation for oil pressure drops during racing.

The system is based on a sealed cylinder with a piston separating the oil from the air. Thanks to this mechanism, the cylinder adjusts automatically according to the oil pressure, reaching perfect equilibrium between air and oil. If pressure drops, the stored oil is released to compensate immediately for the loss.

For optimal control, three types of valve are available:

• Manual valve: simple quarter-turn operation.
• Standard solenoid valve: allows rapid discharge and filling, ideal for pressurising before starting or for drag racing.
• EPC solenoid valve: specially designed for competition, it discharges automatically when a critical threshold is reached, with three minimum pressure alerts as standard.

Recommended installation: the system integrates easily into the existing oil circuit via a sandwich plate and a branch T-piece after the cooler. It can also be fitted directly to the oil sump. To prevent air bubbles forming, it is advisable to install the oil end slightly higher than the air end.
