Engine oil pressure accumulator 2L 305 mm without valve

Designed to remedy oil pressure drops during races, this system offers two key functions:

• Pressurising the oil circuit before starting the engine.
• Adding oil during pressure drops in the circuit.

This device is a sealed cylinder with a piston separating the oil from the air. It fills automatically according to the oil pressure in the system, reaching a balance between air and oil pressure. Thus, in the event of a pressure drop, it releases the stored oil to compensate.

It can be controlled by three types of valve:

• Manual valve : quarter-turn rotation.
• Standard solenoid valve : rapid discharge and slow filling, ideal for pressurising before starting or for drag racing.
• EPC solenoid valve : optimum for competition, discharges automatically on a pressure alert, with three default alert levels. It is the only valve approved for competition for pre-start pressurisation and replenishment during racing.

Installation advice:

Fits onto the original oil circuit with a sandwich plate and a bypass T-piece after the cooler. Can also be installed directly on the oil sump. It is advisable to position the oil end slightly higher than the "air" section to prevent air bubbles accumulating in the oil.
