ITG MAXOGEN induction kit for Ford Fiesta 1.5 ST 200 Mk7

Discover the ITG Maxogen induction kit, specially designed for the Ford Fiesta 1.5 ST 200 (Mk7). This innovative kit is designed to maximise airflow. For the first time, ITG offers two filter options in this Maxogen kit: a TriFoam Maxogen filter and a Maxogen pleated cotton filter, supplied with a foam oversock for optimum performance and filtration.

During dynamometer testing, we recorded an average increase of 8 horsepower and 4 Nm of torque with the pleated cotton filter compared with the often highly restrictive original intake. These results were obtained on a standard car, but ECU tuning can further improve these gains.

The complex Zircotec-coated heat shield reduces intake temperatures compared with the original airbox, which is often prone to heat soak. This improves turbo efficiency and throttle response and produces a more pronounced induction sound. Developed in collaboration with F1 and WRC, this technology further enhances the benefits of Maxogen induction kits.
