Alfano 7 2T (2 temperature probes) ALF1080

The Alfano 7 2T, equipped with two temperature probes, marks a major advance over its predecessor, the Alfano 6, thanks to its many improvements. Ideal for karting and cars, this device features improved 25Hz GPS, surpassing the precision of the Alfano 6 with its 10 Hz for finer measurement of times and trajectories. It uses four GPS systems: Chinese, American, Russian (Glonass) and European (Galileo), ensuring unrivalled accuracy of lap times, speed and trajectory.

Wireless communication eliminates the need for complex wiring, allowing sensors to connect directly to the Alfano 7. This feature offers exceptional flexibility and ease of use, while paving the way for the development of new sensors and accessories. New compatible sensors include an in-tyre pressure and temperature sensor, as well as a wireless infrared sensor to measure tyre surface temperature.

Data transfer is optimised with the optional USB-Wireless Dongle, allowing transfer to a PC five times faster than with Bluetooth. More than 5 000 circuits are preloaded, with automatic track recognition. If a circuit is not listed, the Alfano 7 will create it automatically using the GPS systems. The intuitive interface lets you add or modify split points or the starting point. A 100% Magnetic mode is available for indoor circuits, requiring the A1302 sensor.

The Alfano 7 is compatible with the free Alfano Data Analysis application, available on iOS, Android and Windows PC, to analyse your session data at up to 100Hz directly on your devices. Available versions include one probe (Alfano 7 1T, ref. ALF1075) and two probes (Alfano 7 2T, ref. ALF1080), with specific temperature measurement capabilities.

Customise the Alfano display to suit your needs: show lap time, engine speed, speed, temperatures, etc. It features six individually configurable LEDs, with a choice of colour and activation values. The LEDs can indicate gear changes, temperature alarms or the best lap/split time.

With integrated Bluetooth and Wireless, downloading data or updating the firmware is simplified through smartphone/tablet or PC applications. Its rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides 40 hours of operation and can be charged with a power bank without removing the device from the kart/car. Designed for direct installation on the steering wheel using its supplied threaded fitting and nut, it is waterproof (IP67) and comes with a 5-year warranty.

Various sensors and probes are available to enhance the Alfano 7 experience, including water temperature and exhaust temperature probes, tyre pressure and temperature sensors, magnetic sensors, engine speed, speed, pedal and steering wheel position sensors. Additional accessories such as extension leads, brackets, hubs, USB cables and speed sensor rings are also available.
