Discover our polyurethane foam, essential for a custom-made seat. This product requires precise mixing of the two components, A and B, to become rigid. Its density is 50 kg/m³, and the reaction time is approximately 35 seconds at an ideal temperature of 18 to 22°C. For optimum storage, keep it between 0 and 20°C. The mixture must use a ratio of 100 parts of component A to 145 parts of B.

This foam is particularly popular for making seats and backrests in single-seaters, but is also suitable for other uses. For application, put the mixture into a large plastic bag (such as a bin bag) placed behind the seated driver (without a harness). The foam will mould to the contours, allowing the driver to find their ideal position before it hardens. Make sure to leave an opening for excess foam to escape. Avoid direct contact with skin, clothing, etc. Once the foam has hardened, remove the excess and cover it with fabric for a perfect finish.
