Seat foam Component A

Component A for polyurethane seat foam, requiring both elements (A and B) to be combined. Once mixed, it solidifies. Its density is 50 kg/m³. The reaction time is approximately 35 seconds at an ideal temperature of 18 to 22°C. Store between 0 and 20°C. For mixing, use 100 parts of component A to 145 parts of B. This foam is frequently used to create seats or backrests in single-seaters and can be used for other purposes.

Pour the mixture into a large plastic bag (such as a bin bag) positioned behind the seated driver (without a harness). The foam will take shape, and the driver will adjust their position and wait for the foam to harden. Make sure to leave an opening for excess foam to escape. Avoid all contact between the foam and skin, clothing, etc. Once excess material has been cut away, you can cover the whole assembly with fabric.
