BR BC Racing coilovers for Acura RL KA9

This BC Racing BR coilover kit is a new suspension solution for the Acura RL KA9. Designed for enthusiasts seeking improved road handling, precise ride height adjustment and higher-performance suspension, this kit offers an excellent compromise between sports use, dynamic road driving and occasional track outings.

Function of the part

Coilovers replace the original suspension components to guide wheel movement vertically, maintain ground contact and control body movement. Their threaded bodies allow vehicle height to be adjusted while retaining appropriate damper travel. Firmness adjustment also allows suspension behaviour to be adapted to the intended use: road comfort, sports driving or track driving.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Poor handling in corners or during changes of direction
• Excessive body oscillation under acceleration, braking or on uneven roads
• Loss of steering precision
• Uneven tyre wear
• Potentially longer braking distances
• Reduced comfort with worn or leaking dampers

Benefits of replacement

• Improved stability and driving precision
• Personalised ride height adjustment
• Firmness adjustment through 30 positions to adapt the suspension to your use
• Better control of body roll and mass transfer
• Sportier and more responsive handling
• A solution suited to demanding drivers wishing to improve the chassis of their Acura RL KA9
