COILOVERS DS / BC RACING / VOLKSWAGEN TOURAN

BC Racing DS coilovers for Volkswagen Touran

This new BC Racing DS coilover kit is intended for the Volkswagen Touran and drivers seeking more precise, sportier and fully adjustable suspension. Developed with BC Racing’s motorsport experience, the DS range uses digressive damping technology offering an excellent balance between effectiveness, comfort and vehicle control.

Part function

Coilovers replace the original suspension components to control body movements, tyre grip and vehicle ride height. On a Volkswagen Touran, they improve stability under cornering loads, limit body roll and pitch, and offer precise stance adjustment according to the desired use: road, dynamic driving or occasional track days.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Excessive body roll in corners and a floating body sensation.
• Loss of precision during changes in cornering load.
• Potentially longer braking distance due to poor control of weight transfer.
• Uneven tyre wear linked to impaired alignment or damping.
• Reduced comfort with bouncing, knocking or instability on uneven roads.

Benefits of replacement

• Clear improvement in road handling and driving precision.
• Height adjustment independent of spring preload to maintain effective suspension travel.
• 30 levels of rebound and compression damping adjustment via a single knob.
• Better control of body roll, pitch and weight transfer thanks to digressive technology.
• Suspension suited to sporting use while preserving good everyday comfort.
• New product designed to provide reliability, durability and consistent operation.
