BC Racing BR coilovers for Volkswagen ID.4

This BC Racing Club Sport BR coilover kit is intended for the Volkswagen ID.4 and improves the vehicle's dynamic handling while offering precise ride height and damping firmness adjustment. This new product is aimed at drivers seeking more effective, more stable and customisable suspension for both spirited road use and occasional track sessions.

Purpose of the part

Coilovers replace the original suspension components to improve control of body movement, road contact and vehicle response. Their threaded bodies allow vehicle height adjustment without changing spring preload or unnecessarily reducing travel. The BC Racing BR range uses a pressurised monotube design with a floating piston, promoting a fast damper response and consistent performance.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Less precise handling, particularly in corners or during changes of load.
• Body oscillation under braking, acceleration or on uneven roads.
• Reduced comfort caused by worn dampers or unsuitable suspension.
• Uneven tyre wear caused by poor control of suspension movement.
• Vague steering feel and insufficient stability at sustained speed.

Benefits of replacement

• Improved handling and driving precision.
• Height adjustment to adapt the vehicle's appearance and centre of gravity.
• 30-position damping adjustment acting simultaneously on rebound and compression.
• Improved stability under braking, cornering load and acceleration out of corners.
• A versatile solution suited to sporty daily driving and occasional track days.
• Quality assembly with components designed for endurance, consistency and reliability.
