BC Racing ZX coilovers for Mini Cooper

BC Racing ZX coilovers are designed to provide a high level of performance for Mini Coopers used for performance driving, trackdays or competition. Developed for demanding drivers, the ZX range offers a complete adjustable suspension solution for optimising handling, driving precision and chassis behaviour.

Purpose of the part

Coilovers replace the original dampers and springs to improve control of body movement, contact with the road and load transfer. They allow ride height and, depending on the kit configuration, damping settings to be adjusted to adapt the Mini Cooper to the intended use, tyre grip level and driver's requirements.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Less precise handling when cornering or changing direction.
• Excessive body oscillation during acceleration, braking or on damaged roads.
• Earlier loss of grip during performance driving.
• Uneven tyre wear due to poor chassis control.
• Lack of stability at high speed or under heavy braking.
• Less effective circuit handling with excessively soft original suspension.

Benefits of replacement

• Improved body support and overall vehicle stability.
• Ride height adjustment to refine vehicle attitude and centre of gravity.
• More direct and precise handling during performance driving.
• Better use of tyre grip on road or circuit.
• A solution suited to high-performance chassis preparation for Mini Cooper.
• A new BC Racing product from a recognised brand in sports and competition suspension.
