COILOVERS BR / BC RACING / MERCEDES BENZ C-CLASS

1. Product introduction

BC Racing BR coilovers for Mercedes-Benz C Class are new suspension units improving dynamic handling while retaining versatility on road and circuit. Developed through BC Racing's motorsport experience, Club Sport BR balances performance, precise adjustment and accessibility.

2. Purpose of the part

Coilovers replace original dampers and springs for precise height and damping firmness adjustment. Pressurised monotube construction with floating piston improves suspension response, vehicle guidance and consistent performance, particularly during sporty driving.

BC Racing's threaded body adjusts height via the lower mount without changing spring preload or reducing available travel. This provides effective adjustment for dynamic daily and more demanding circuit use.

3. Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Reduced handling in corners or during changes in cornering load.
• Excessive body roll and a lack of precision at the front or rear axle.
• Longer braking distances due to poor body control.
• Uneven tyre wear linked to worn or unsuitable suspension.
• Loss of traction and unstable behaviour during sporting driving.
• Sagging ride height or damping that has become too soft.

4. Benefits of replacement

• Improved body control and driving precision.
• Height adjustment to tailor stance to intended use.
• 30-position firmness adjustment for simultaneous rebound and compression adjustment.
• Better high-speed stability and under heavy braking.
• Sportier handling with road versatility retained.
• Ideal for enthusiasts preparing their Mercedes-Benz C Class for dynamic use or track days.
