This roll cage is manufactured in accordance with Annex J of FIA in the following version: Volvo 242 DL and Volvo 242 L Roll bar AST Multipoint Weld In V2 with 10 points on the bodywork.

The 3 mm thick steel reinforcement plates are specifically designed and manufactured for each vehicle, ensuring maximum safety and a precise fit to the chassis. The roll cage is supplied as a weld-in kit (unpainted) and features a 45 mm diameter E355 steel main hoop, with the remainder of the structure constructed from 40 mm diameter E355 steel. Utilizing laser-scanning technology, we ensure a precise 3D design tailored to your specific vehicle. The price of this item includes:

This structure is designed and built in accordance with FIA Appendix J. These structures require modifications to, or the removal of, interior vehicle components (such as the dashboard, door panels, upholstery, rear seats, etc.).
