Discover MOTUL NGEN HYBRID 0W8 engine oil, an innovative, environmentally friendly lubricant specially designed for hybrid electric (H.E.V) and plug-in hybrid (P.H.E.V) vehicles with modern petrol engines. Whether your engine is turbocharged or naturally aspirated, with direct or indirect injection, this SAE 0W-8 grade oil offers low friction and very low HTHS viscosity (< 1.7 mPa.s), ideal for maximising fuel economy.

Designed to meet the challenges of hybrid vehicles, such as fuel dilution, water emulsion and frequent stop/starts, this advanced Motul formulation uses 25% renewable organic base oil. It comes in a fully recyclable container made from 50% recycled plastic, thereby reducing the carbon footprint during manufacture by 25%.

The MOTUL NGEN range embodies Motul’s commitment to sustainability, using various technologies to minimise environmental impact. This oil is also compatible with petrol engines requiring an SAE 0W-8 viscosity or "Fuel Economy" lubricant complying with JASO GLV-1, ensuring optimum performance without compromising engine protection, even with fuel containing up to 85% ethanol (E85).

The SAE 0W-8 viscosity grade minimises hydrodynamic friction, optimising fuel economy, especially when cold. It ensures excellent circulation, rapid engine pick-up and efficient engine warm-up in all operating conditions. Recommended for Toyota Hybrid and Mazda Hybrid models, this oil meets JASO GLV-1, the first standard to require very low viscosity while ensuring increased fuel economy and engine protection.
