Which DEI heat wrap range should you choose?

Option 1: Glass Fiber Series Ideal for classic applications, this standard woven fibreglass solution provides good thermal insulation (648°C direct / 1093°C radiant). Available in beige and black, it is economical and easy to fit, although a silicone coating is needed for better fluid resistance.

Option 2: EXO Series Designed for extreme environments, this series uses high-temperature fibreglass with a stainless steel exoskeleton for improved shock and vibration resistance. Withstanding 648°C direct / 1093°C radiant, it is more durable and rigid, ideal for rallying, 4x4 and motocross.

Option 3: Titanium Series For maximum performance and protection, this woven lava fibre wrap provides superior thermal insulation (982°C direct / 1371°C radiant) without needing a silicone coating. Available in titanium and black titanium, it is perfect for top-level racing cars.

Notes:

1. Heat wrap loses flexibility after heat exposure but retains its thermal properties.
2. Wrapping titanium exhausts is not recommended, as it can retain too much heat and damage the alloy.
