Which DEI heat wrap range should you choose?

Option 1: Glass Fiber Series A standard solution offering good heat insulation (648°C direct / 1093°C radiant). Available in beige and black, it is economical, flexible and easy to fit. Ideal for racing cars, motorcycles and conventional applications.

Option 2: EXO Series Designed for extreme off-road environments. Made from high-temperature fibreglass with a stainless steel exoskeleton, it resists impacts, vibration and moisture. Withstands 648°C direct / 1093°C radiant heat. Suitable for off-road applications: rallying, 4x4, motocross.

Option 3: Titanium Series Offering maximum performance and protection thanks to its woven lava fibre construction, it ensures superior heat insulation (982°C direct / 1371°C radiant). Ideal for top-level racing cars and high-performance applications.

Notes:

1. Heat wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after exposure to heat. Once heated, the fibres lose their initial flexibility without affecting their thermal properties.
2. DEI advises against wrapping titanium exhausts, as this can retain too much heat and make the alloy brittle and prone to premature cracking.
