Discover the ATHENA cylinder head gasket designed for Peugeot 306 S16 and 405 T16 models. ATHENA, a renowned Italian brand, excels in manufacturing gaskets for various industrial applications. Its expertise and commitment to motorsport make it a key player in motor racing. Every ATHENA cylinder head gasket is entirely produced in Italy, from design through to manufacture.

ATHENA head gaskets come in two categories:

• Reinforced cylinder head gaskets with separate rings: Perfect for very high-performance applications, these gaskets stand out for their innovative composition and reinforced structure. The metal rings surrounding the combustion chambers allow them to withstand boost pressures above 2 bar and the use of NOS.
• Standard cylinder head gaskets: Ideal for moderately tuned engines, these gaskets are made from several layers of shape-memory stainless steel. They fit the surfaces of your engine and cylinder head perfectly, ensuring better sealing and durability than original gaskets. Available in several bores and thicknesses, they support your engine’s longevity.

These gaskets suit the following PSA engines: XU10J4, XU10J4D, XU10J4Z. With a displacement of 1998 cc, this standard multilayer cylinder head gasket has an 87 mm bore and a thickness of 1,6 mm. The application list is indicative; please check compatibility with your own vehicle:
