4 XTREM forged H-beam connecting rods for BMW M3 E30

Manufactured in Europe, these racing connecting rods are developed, produced, inspected and tested to the strictest quality and performance standards. Ready to use, they are pre-bushed and have optimised drilling for lubrication, as well as big-end tabs to prevent the bearing shells from rotating. Supplied with ARP 2000 bolts, they are ideal for moderately tuned engines.

For power increases of more than 30 %, we recommend using ARP L19 bolts. Above a 50 % power gain, we strongly recommend fitting even stronger I-beam connecting rods.
