The EWP®80 pump, with an impressive flow rate of 90 litres per minute, is specially designed for compact cars, saloons, SUVs, 4x4 vehicles and even sports cars. Its performance-focused design ensures optimal engine cooling, improves thermal management and delivers a notable increase in power and torque while reducing fuel consumption.

Unlike traditional belt-driven mechanical pumps, the EWP pump operates electrically, freeing up to 10 kW (13 hp) of extra power by not directly drawing on the engine. It can replace a conventional mechanical pump or be installed as an auxiliary pump to reinforce the cooling system.

Paired with a digital controller (sold separately under reference 414CONTROL4 or in the EWP® Combo Pack), the system automatically adjusts EWP® pump speed according to coolant temperature, ensuring optimal performance and increased energy efficiency. The digital controller offers several adjustable temperature ranges, ideal for maximising power or improving fuel economy. After the engine stops, the controller continues to run for 3 minutes (or until 10°C below the target temperature), preventing heat soak and extending engine life.

The kit includes:
