TILTON 12V gearbox / axle oil pump with nylon gear

Discover the TILTON 12V oil pump, specially designed for axle gearboxes with its robust nylon gear and integrated fan. To optimise its service life, continuous operation is not recommended. A thermal switch sensor can be used to activate the pump at the ideal temperature. This versatile pump can be used with oil, coolant or petrol.

The fittings have a 3/8 NPTF female thread, and 200-6 or 8 series hoses are recommended for optimum performance. The pump withstands a maximum temperature of 150°C and a maximum pressure of 3,5 bar, with an impressive flow rate of 10L/min at an oil temperature of 130°C. It operates on a 12V/17A power supply.

To ensure optimum operation, use for 1 to 2 hours followed by a 15-minute cooling break is recommended. All in a compact format weighing just 1,6 kg.
