BOSCH PF200-7 7 bar petrol pump F02U.V03.136-01

Discover the PF200-7 fuel pump, a high-performance model from BOSCH, reference F02U.V03.136-01. Designed for external installation, this roller-cell pump suits both petrol and diesel, offering remarkable flexibility. It delivers an impressive flow rate of 200 litres per hour at a pressure of 7 bar and can even handle biofuels up to E100, although high-concentration ethanol may reduce its service life.

As an improved successor to the aftermarket 0580.254.044 pump, the FP 200-7 stands out for its optimised performance and enhanced reliability, ideal for demanding fuel systems. It features an internal pressure limiter, screw-in fuel lines and a 300 µm pre-filter on the suction side.

The pump withstands fuel pressures up to 7,5 bar, with a petrol flow rate at 5 bar and 22°C of between 220 and 270 l/h, and a diesel flow rate at 7 bar and 22°C ranging from 185 to 235 l/h. Its pressure limiter is set between 8,0 and 10,0 bar. Compatible with diesel, it operates over a temperature range from -40 to 80°C, reaching 90°C for 5 hours over a total service life of 1 000 hours, and up to 105°C for 1 hour out of 50 hours.
