BC Racing BR coilovers for Audi Q5

BC Racing Club Sport BR coilovers for Audi Q5 are designed to improve the vehicle’s road handling while offering great versatility. Developed from BC Racing’s motorsport experience, this range allows precise adjustment of ride height and damping firmness, for both dynamic road use and occasional circuit outings.

Part function

Coilovers replace the original suspension components to improve control of body movements, body roll, weight transfer and vehicle stance. On the Audi Q5, they allow the centre of gravity to be lowered, improve driving precision and adapt suspension behaviour to driving style, road type or intended use.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Less precise road holding, particularly in corners or during changes in cornering load.
• Pronounced body roll and a feeling of an overly soft body response during dynamic driving.
• Potentially longer braking distances due to poor control of vehicle mass.
• Uneven tyre wear due to deteriorated wheel alignment or suspension behaviour.
• Loss of comfort or unwanted noises if the original dampers are worn.
• Ride height unsuitable for sporting use or cosmetic preparation.

Benefits of replacement

• Precise vehicle height adjustment thanks to the threaded body.
• Improved chassis stability and responsiveness.
• Reduced body roll for more direct, sporting driving.
• 30-position firmness adjustment to adapt the balance between comfort and performance.
• High-performance monotube design promoting consistent damping.
• Solution suited to versatile use encompassing sporting road driving, dynamic driving and trackdays.
