BC Racing DS coilovers for Dodge Caliber SRT

This BC Racing DS coilover kit is intended for Dodge Caliber SRT drivers wishing to improve their vehicle's road handling with high-performance, adjustable suspension suited to sporty driving. A new product, it benefits from BC Racing's expertise in motorsport and chassis preparation.

Purpose of the part

Coilovers replace the original dampers and springs to control body movements, ride height and chassis responsiveness more precisely. Their threaded design allows the vehicle's lowering to be adjusted while maintaining consistent suspension travel. DS digressive technology improves body control at low damping speeds, particularly during braking, acceleration, changes of load and cornering.

Symptoms or consequences of worn or unsuitable suspension

• Imprecise road holding or a floating sensation at sustained speed.
• Excessive body roll in corners and poorly controlled weight transfer.
• Longer braking distances when damping is worn.
• Loss of traction or instability under hard acceleration.
• Uneven tyre wear due to poor chassis control.
• Reduced comfort, unwanted noises or abnormal bouncing on bumpy roads.

Benefits of replacement

• Clear improvement in driving precision and vehicle stability.
• Reduced roll, pitch and body movements.
• Personalised ride-height adjustment according to the intended use.
• A better balance between road comfort and sporting effectiveness.
• Simple rebound and compression adjustment via a single knob.
• An ideal solution for sporty road use and occasional trackdays.
